Used to be a wonderful place to work; now low morale, no regard for employees.

Pros

Most of the people are great. Company has enjoyed a good reputation in the industry. Excellent professionals in brokerage and property management; very knowledgeable and effective.

Cons

New regime has no regard for the employees whatsoever; everyone is expendable. Unfair practices when it comes to increases and promotions. No appreciation for accomplishments.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember how the firm got to where it is today. Start treating employees like the are, in fact, your "most valuable asset" instead of just giving lip service to that statement.

    Pros

Unique opportunity to "be your own boss" as an independent contractor real estate broker. The brand name did carry some weight as far as reputation. Fellow co-workers were some of the best and very friendly.

    Cons

Tremendous amount of risk. My particular branch office offered no base salary, rather 100% commission based pay. The training program was non-existent, and it is incredibly difficult to make it in the first year to two years without another source of income.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some resources on hiring good employees an invest in their success with adequate training, thereby actually retaining employees longer than a year or two.

    No opinion of CEO
  2.

Work life balance not too good, otherwise professionally a rich experience
