    Pros

Highly professional with lots of comaraderie amongst the staff. I could tell that everyone there worked really hard and that the clients were the number one priority. Lots of growth potential

    Cons

I really didn't find any downside to my brief employment there. I only wish they had more available job opportunities.

I have been working at Cushman & Wakefield full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Company Values, Decent Benefits, Training. Management tries to listen to your concerns but sometimes there isn't much they can do about it.

    Cons

Difficult to move from one position to another, level of satisfaction may depend on where you are situated, if you work at the property management level. Sometimes feels as if they have too many levels of management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve some of the benefits structure to be more in line with leading real estate firms in industry.
