Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor in La Paz, La Paz (Bolivia)

I worked at Cuso International as a contractor (less than a year)

Pros

CUSO provides all the support in flight tickets, visa, vaccinations, and moving to the new country might be a smooth process.

Cons

The Counterparts are not well chosen many times, there is a lot of deficiencies in communication between local office and the Ottawa´s. There is not an impact evaluation for each program.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

To have more communication tools vertically to timely correct and foresee realistic and appropiate outcomes from each project
