    I worked at CyberArk full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Personal growth;
    Mostly helpful colleagues from various teams;
    Friendly management and managers(and directors);
    Onboarding process is simple and easy as long as you are patient and respectful;
    Professional growth in CyberArk's domain of interest (Privileged Identity Management);
    Small business or family culture;
    Business casual/casual attire;

    Cons

    Things that have a potential to change soon:
    Domain Training, Education and Certification incentives are not offered or announced to all employees;
    Internal and inter departmental Opportunities are not openly discussed by any employees (Management and higher should lead by example to encourage);

    Lack of growth in non-CyberArk's domain of interest (Privileged IdM security);

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Encourage and practice more openness within the company, especially with opportunities, and make open decisions based on performance;
    Hold all departments and personnel to a much higher standard, especially the product development and core technical departments;
    More frequent or half yearly/quarterly pulse checks on what employees really want personally and more importantly professionally;
