    I worked at Cydcor

    Pros

This company makes money at the expense of everyone they recruit using underhanded tactics

    Cons

They are clogging up job boards and wasting time of people who end up on all day interviews after being lied to about the job, it is a glorified pyramid scheme and although I made good money working there it was horrible and repetitive, Be careful when applying for jobs, if you are contacted in record time by some perky female admin, ask if they are a cydcor affiliate, if they are then don't waste your time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice, they are making money recruiting people in a shady way because now they have no choice. If they didnt they wouldn't make enough and would be replaced and then they would have to avoid these embarrassing ads on job boards too.

I worked at Cydcor full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If you have no education and you want to learn how to sell face to face, Cydcor will teach you and be your best fit for a career. However if you have education, then learn how to sell yourself in 6 months and leave please.

    Cons

Commission based only, no benefit, be careful with your paycheck (record your sales yourself, some ICL owners cannot be trusted. you can be a scam victim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management are great and can be trust but they need to check what Icl owners are doing.
