Cypress Semiconductor is a great place to start a career or grow to the next step. There is ample opportunity for career development and increased responsiblitly. You have to be able to take honest feedback, but the company really adheres to it's core values.

The feedback can be harsh at times. If you don't like a precise and direct culture, you won't be happy at Cypress

Senior managment needs to continue to live by the core values at Cypress...they're there for a reason. Doing what's right for Cypress is always the best thing.
