Cypress Semiconductor – “My experience”

Pros

The work culture at cypress is excellent. Most of the guys have in depth understanding of their work which helps in learning fast. It fairly awards good performance.

Cons

Only thing which I don't like about it, it puts too much emphasis on documentation. It require lots of effort and most of the time is actually not required.

Advice to Senior Management

They should focus more aggressively on new product development and make sure that R&D efforts are not limited only to PSOC development.
