Pros – Good work / home balance
Good compensation
Good culture
Tenure of employees...very long.
Many employees that have been here for 30+ years

Cons – Long ramp up time
Change is inevitable
Challenging solutions make it difficult to learn in a short period of time.

Advice to Senior Management – Your employees are your greatest asset. With the tenure of the maturing generation you will have a challenging time as these employees begin to retire. As with many organizations the challenge will be to hold on the younger generations. Please do all you can to ensure that these generations find D&B a great place to work.
