I have been working at DAVACO full-time for more than a year

Pros

Beautiful location, easy to access form any city, CEO Rick Davis is great!

Cons

HR Department needs major help
Company can sometimes be unorganized

Advice to ManagementAdvice

CEO needs to clean house in the hr department, they come in late and leave early.

    Flexible Schedule, Pay is average.

    Cons

    Not enough hours- Management out of touch with field workers. No benefits

    There is no connection with management to the workers in the field. No reviews for performance and no job growth.

    I worked at DAVACO full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Holidays off-surprisingly .
    -The actual working staff is what keeps the company going.
    -The best thing at Davaco is when you close the door to go home.

    Cons

    An ever-changing HR department ran by someone who is never around . A Payroll department that doesn't answer their phones and pays when they see fit. An expense department who needs your first-born for reimbursement. The I.T. department is invisible. A Strong Travel department with recruiters. Certain individuals are taken care of within Davaco and the CEO maybe doesn't realize it. Project management team who is racist in the lunchroom

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look at the hard-working individuals. The ones on the back end are what make up Davaco. Research your core values and cultures. The CEO should care about employee engagement!
