I have been working at DDB New York

    Pros

DDB Chicago has a lot of new energy and momentum. It seems
to be turning a corner after four bad years of management
changes and disappointing performance. All the goals are the
right goals. This is a make or break year.

    Cons

The is a turn around and the new Chicago management is not strong on morale building and leadership and that is badly needed.

    Disapproves of CEO
