Pros

You learn everything about communications. From the classic advertising-public relations approach to digital tendencies and other innovative media usage.

Cons

They are not pro employee. You are expected to work 10 to 12 hour shifts all the days of the week. Don't expect a raise in years, doesn't matter if they keep on giving you more accounts to manage.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look for ways to encourage your employees, Make them feel they are needed buy giving back things like trainings and company workshops to bring departments together.

I have been working at DDB New York

    Pros

Besides some of the people I work withe, there is nothing outstanding about working in the New Yorlk office of DDB.

    Cons

There is a lack of communication from management. Certain departments are excluded to company parties that are handed out by invitation only. For a communications company, they get a big F.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to wake up and see what is really going on. Why are people leaving in masses? No raises. Hours are 9-6. And a lot of dead wood.
