I have been working at DDB
Pros – The people in DDB are nice and are readily available to coach starting art directors and copywriters in improving their craft.
Cons – DDB Philippines has just recently undergone a management change so there's a lot of reorganizing going on with regards to the passing of responsibilities and cascading of information regarding various account.
Advice to Senior Management – It's great to hear that DDB Philippines is starting to get noticed by its fellow agencies due to the creative awards that it has garnered this past few years. May the management continue its pursuit in creative award-winning and effective campaigns without sacrificing the welfare of the minds responsible for such feats.
