Pros

Atmosphere - fun and laidback. People - those who fit in best are easy-going, respectful of each other, work as a team. Work - a lot of good creative work survives (maybe not enough), opportunities to add to the trophy case. Location - a block from the beach.

Cons

Management at DDB LA is clueless, egotistical, self-serving. Good creative work gets killed by account managers. ECD only cares about assignments that feed his ego. Strategy is strictly a matter of formality, nobody cares about planning - especially the guys running the place. Pay is lower than what other area agencies offer.
