I have been working at DFW International Airport

    Pros

You can set your own pace here. This is good or bad depending on your work ethic. If you are a slacker you can slide by, if you are a work horse - you will be a key go to person. Some cool projects are always in the pipeline, but the turn around time and management of projects can be half hazard at best.

    Cons

Many employees have been here a long time and aren't alway open to change or innovative solutions. Not a lot of proactive solutions are implemented.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your people, loosen the chains of hierarchy and make people implement the training and certifications received.

I have been working at DFW International Airport

    Pros

Health benefits are decent, pay is mediocre and the paid vacation time is generous.

    Cons

Poor management skills, lack of fairness when trying to promote. Management lies to employee's and then wonders why people are not "engaged" and there is no trust. Come review time only the individuals who brown nose to management get good reviews and other good employee's are left out in the cold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Been there for 3 years and always trying to find a corporation who knows how to treat employee's. If I had to do over I would had taken another offer by Southwest Airlines where employee's are treated humanely.
