    Pros

Senior management are really good people. A lot of times, it does not feel like you are a number but an actual employee.

    Cons

At the same time, corporate can seem like they are really far away. Its a smaller company so the growth opportunities are seldom there.

  2. Don't be fooled - bad HQ environment

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good location/offices and nice co-workers. Client base seems relatively steady.

    Cons

The turn-over is high for a reason (basically 95% of HQ staff have been there for less than a year). There's no real leadership, just plenty of pressure. Employees are viewed with suspicion, no work-life balance or respect for family commitments. CEO talks a lot about how important people are but actions speak otherwise (people fired on short notice etc.)

    Advice to Management

Develop an on-boarding process. Set realistic goals for employees and learn to understand what's actually on their plate before you tell them you want more. Learn that high turn-over is ultimately destructive to long term growth and success and work on making this a place employees want to stay for more than a year
