DHL Express – “employers just be FAIR and get the staff you need!”

Pros

The employees, as we are all very friendly and supportive of each other. This in no way includes managment.

Cons

Their promotional prospects are absolutely no-existent with no pay increase for taking on a more stressfull job. Their insentives are a joke and their benefits laughable.

Advice to Senior Management

Please treat people with the worth they deserve no-one should have to work for a company of that magnitude without a proper pay package. Employees of dhl salford do not earn enough money to live on. Hovever if we did the same job in East-mids we would receive more money but live in the same sort of economy, why is this? Just be fair you can most definitely afford to, being a multi billion pound company. I can not afford to live!
