DHL – “Stay away from this company”

Senior Management does not take the time to train employees or take any active interest in them. They choose to backstab each other and expect that their jobs are all secure. District managers don't take part in operations or any other area of the company. They rarely show their faces or actively participate in what is going on around them. They don't address the employees issues, or care about the way the employees are treated. No Human Resource departments make it hard for all parties involved.
