Getting involved with the latest technology.
Cons
Upper management makes lots of bad choices. Getting a promotion requires lots of @$$ kissing. They promote people that are under qualified. Depending on who your boss is, it may not be that bad to work at DHL.
Advice to Senior Management
Please consult with your engineers before making a business decision. There are ways to cut corners without impacting service.

500 laid off leaves about 80 or so to support the US. I left before my end date. I would have stayed on if given the chance. No more BS than other big companies, but the Germans really don't have any idea how to succeed in the US.
