Reward for results, good compensation, advancement opportunities, endless training opportunities, open communication, always looking for ways to improve employee and customer satisfaction

Cons

due to the withdrawal from U.S. domestic market by DHL Express, the reputation has been tarnished (perhaps unfairly). The resulting numerous restructuring has been too focused on cutting costs rather than improvements to benefit customers, employees, and stockholders.

Advice to Senior Management

Finance people can not effectively run a service organization and keep it sustainable. Make a decision on what you want the company to be and what products to offer, then stick with those decisions for more than a year (or less).
