    I worked at DHR International

    Pros

A fast paced corporate culture, with access to a wide variety of fields. The people were at times demanding, but overall friendly

    Cons

The cons consisted of there being times when you constantly feared for your job. This was at the height of the recession, but it added to an atmosphere of fear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do more to address the lower level associates fears of being laid off. Don't drag out the process, be more open.
