Pros

Great benefits. Great stability if you can keep you attendance and metrics in check. Even better monthly incentive bonuses if you are good at your job.

Cons

Politics. Can be tricky to move up.

    Pros

    The dress code was very laxed like a call center should be and the fact that the company had availability of same day PTO was definitely a plus

    Cons

    This company was very unprofessional. Management did not interact with employees in a professional manner and there was a lot of favortism among employees.

    Management needs to be more professional

    Thankless, self-serving corporate culture. Employees commonly lack support from management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implement 360 degree review where employees review their managers. Improve company loyalty to employees. Give higher priority to work/life balance.
