“Challenging but great Sr leadership”
Current Employee – been working at DIRECTV full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Salary and bonus
Employee friendly and focus
Growing and vast opportunities
Cons – Pace can be overwhelming
Definitely still in transition out of news corp days but lots of progress
Working remotely is not consistently accepted
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on the current path!!
