Pros

It's a fast paced environment that has opportunities for people who work hard to find them, take advantage of them and deliver results. Not all depts are created equal but you can navigate through them if you build your network properly. The company spends a great deal of resources on employee development however more employees need to take advantage of them to be successful.

Cons

Longer than normal hours and constant focus on work.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing with the employee development.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, customers in my area are very nice, enjoy working outside

    Cons

    Very low pay. Auto router is a nightmare. Work orders are wrong about 2/3 of the time. Sales people constantly lying to make sales them dropping the mess in the techs lap.

    Advice to Management

    Just hire a bunch of illegals. You can't keep expecting to eat prime rib, when your only willing to pay for ground chuck!

    Pros

    Good Benefits; Pay on similar scale to similar jobs; Everyone enjoys free TV; Decent company culture. Some upward career mobility.

    Cons

    Difficult barriers to overcome for those seeking to move beyond customer service positions (CSR, TL). If you are hired into a call center position, you will have problems gaining experience to move into other areas of the company (Analyst positions, marketing, Many coordinator positions). Poor coordination between departments (left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing).

    Advice to Management

    Seek better communication between business units in the company. Develop methods for employees to cross train and gain experience.
