Supervisors telling you one thing then when you having a meeting with hr your supervisor suddenly forget that he or she told you that if was okay for you to do a,b or c. If you not a smoker or someone that hang in the smoke hole outside the building you not in the in crowd when it come to promotions that not usually open. I have heard of supervisors in the smoke hole telling other employees that there employee try to throw them in front of the bus when human resources was letting go of the employee and they say in there defense but my supervisor told me that this was okay.

Advice to Senior Management

Dont discipline one employee for one thing if the there is multiple employee on the same team doing the same thing that not an employee issue that is a management issue that need to be taken up with the Team leaders skills.
