Advice to Senior Management

Although the benefits are great, the payscale needs improvement. Too many employees are more concerned with job security than executing the companys goals. There is a tendency to be very secretive about one's skillset or job function so that you can protect your job. The office is a very politically charged atmosphere with alot of people "jockeying" for the next set of promotions. Promotions seem to be the only way to get a "real" bump in salary, and it seems there are only so many promotions to go around, whether they have been earned or not.
