Dish Network treats their employees fairly good. Good potential for growth. Must produce to meet total earning potential. Would work there again

Cons

High turn over. Don't get used to your co-workers, they come and go. very goald orientated. Must produce numbers wise to reach full earning potential

Advice to Senior Management

Give people more of a shot at proving themselves. It take people time to get acclimated to a new work enviroment
