I worked at DISH full-time for more than a year
Pros – Management seemed to be fairly caring; good training; on site food service; some good supervisors; company had very good equipment and a great product(s) to offer customers
Cons – Pay not great; policies changing fairly often (a problem with a lot of call centers), promises made about positive changes by management seemed to take forever to implement
Advice to Senior Management – Labor is a big chunk of change in your expenses but make the wages more livable for a family in Texas- rumors were that you paid an awful lot more in Colorado because you didn't have so many minorities working there.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
