I have been working at DISH full-time for more than a year
Pros – - Big Company
- Various teams/projects you can work with
- People are very interactive and social.
Cons – - No work from home option
- work is tedious sometimes and can be too much
- can call you weekends/off hours to work
Advice to Senior Management – - try to be more employee centric.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
