Pros

Always get full 40 hours a week.

Cons

Mandatory overtime and limited areas for growth.

    Pros

    - Big Company
    - Various teams/projects you can work with
    - People are very interactive and social.

    Cons

    - No work from home option
    - work is tedious sometimes and can be too much
    - can call you weekends/off hours to work

    - try to be more employee centric.

    I have been working at DISH full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Opprotunities to go home early if it is slow
    Tends to be pretty busy, so the days go by fast
    Many different schedules

    Cons

    It never fails that every day you are getting repremanded for something (even the best employees).
    Very low base pay, expensive benefits with horrible coverage.
    The training leaves a lot to be desired. Tends to be a sink or swim kind of environment.
    The metrix that is used to determine bonus pay makes it nearly impossible to bonus.
    Extremely micro-managed.
    95% of calls are from irrate customers.
