I have been working at DISH full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Great job if you need money, but you will have no personal life. Mandatory overtime which includes 6 days a week, 60 hours a week.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. You cannot move up in the company unless you brown nose. Job performance does not matter.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue. Managers do not treat employees with respect or know how to deal with people.

I worked at DISH full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I moved to the area and nobody else was hiring and I got a job fairly quickly there. The pay was pretty good for the amount of sweat you put in. Benefits were good. Amazing break area.

    Cons

The supervisors were clueless. Manditory training was a joke. Scheduling was not flexible. Dress code was not casual.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dealing with your customers is stressful. Give us a break.
