Current Employee – been working at DISH full-time
Pros – detailed program for college graduates that helps you gain real life experience and become well rounded. 6 month rotation that allows you to go from department to department to evaluate your perfect fit. During which, you gain valuable skills.
Cons – Very few cons. Since it is a new program, it can be a bit more organized.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
