ProsGreat exposure to technical as well as business functions. Training in new technologies available. Ability to transfer to any department. Opportunity for advancement for the highly motivated. Beautiful campus in Englewood, CO.

ConsStrict Core-Hours do not allow for much flexibility, low base salaries, Starting offer will not excede previous job pay, minimal financial advancement, Minimal benefits offered: $1500 max 401k contribution, 6 holidays a year. High deductible health plan. Large employee turnovers.

Advice to Senior ManagementFlexible working schedule. Better rewards in pay for employees, to encourage longevity.

    Over Worked
