No loyalty to long term employees

Field Service Specialist I (Current Employee)

I have been working at DISH full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGreat fellow technician, independent, 3 day weekends, necessary tools provided, bonus incentives, promotion upon meeting goals.

ConsI have been a Dish tech since 2007 and worked my way up to a level 4 technician. After requesting a transfer to another office I was denied and force to quit to relocate. After arriving in my new city I was rehired at Dish as a level 1 technician. Being several hundreds miles away from home I had no choice but to accept a $6.50 an hour pay cut and start from the bottom again

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't forget where you came from and treat people the way you want to be treated. People don't quit jobs people quit management. We are not Salesman we are Technicians

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
