This company will eat your soul

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Tulsa, OK

ProsThe pay in DNS was ok.

ConsSupervisors don't know anything about actually managing people or the jobs that the FRCs are doing. Upper level management doesn't care about the employees or how much work they do. Many people can barely do the job, most can't do it at all and if you are good at the job then you are given more and more to do to pick up other employees slack. Supervisors are more worried about being friendly to the employees than actually making sure they do their jobs. Also, there is absolutely no career path in the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn how to do the job of the people below you. Find the people who have been repeatedly talked to about performance and remove them. Acknowledge the people who do well at their jobs.
