I worked at DISH full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Loved the actual work. Started out to be a good working enviroment. Owners cared about their employees. New management came in and the focus shifted from people to numbers,

    Cons

Bonuses and incentives based on faulty statics. In order to achieve bonus technicians to cut corners leading to substandard installations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to actually work in the field to understand how to set fair and attainable incentives.
