“no opportunities for advancement/learning and communication is rare”
Current Employee – been working at DISYS
Pros – management is professional and very courteous.
Cons – salary is poor
communication is poor
benefits are terrible
Advice to Senior Management – take care of your employees better by putting them in a position where they can grow and succeed. communicate with employees if/when there are changes involving the contracts they are on. let employees know they are appreciated. offer better benefits to employees...like affordable health insurance and vacation and training. explain contracts in detail so employee knows fully what they are signing up for.
