I have been working at DKNY part-time for less than a year

Pros

New York City inspired brand
Staple DKNY pieces of clothing such as the DKNY cozy make the brand unique
Wardrobing discount
At least in the store that I worked at, amazing supportive managers

The only reason I have to leave the company is because I am going to college across state, otherwise I would stay for much longer.

Cons

Payroll makes it hard to give sales associates more hours if the store has a bad week/month

I have been working at DKNY part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay, schedule flexibility, friendly staff, and focus on customer service.

    Cons

Moving up is nearly impossible, hire outside company rather then move people up, lofty standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really strive to value your associates who work hard, and discipline those who do not strive to bring the company to success. Take notice of associates who value their work and who are interested in moving up so they themselves can better the company.
