    work/life balance is pretty rough, some of the higher-ups are arrogant

    Multinational accounts
    Certain teams are doing well
    Nice offices
    Quality hires makes for people stimulating work

    Selective
    Very political
    HR practices are ordinary
    Partner's haven
    Money flows to the partners and not the working staff
    Employee morale could be better if Partners took more time to engage with staff

    Practice what you preach.
    Become more humane
    Continue to bring in quality work as that's what keeps the employees happy - and therefore staff are less receptive to headhunter approaches
    Get better performance management systems
