Pros

Very cool people and managers
Flexible hours (possibility to work at home sometimes)
Exciting projects
Possibility to invest on your own projects development
Many out of work activities (hiking, mountain biking, dinners, etc.)

Cons

Some advisers are very young and not well prepared to deal with commitments
Lack of trainee courses

Advice to Management

The young advisers should be more committed to their appointments/promises and need to be much more humble, you still did not get there!

    Pros

Flexibility on working time. Diversity. Good culture. Longer vacation days. A lot of talented people who are very nice.

    Cons

There are some good training that taught you the standard procedures to finish a project. But PMs may not follow the procedures at all. Different PMs do projects in their own way. So depending on different PMs, you have to adjust yourself to meet their specific requirements. Therefore the training is helpful but most of time you will not use them. BTW some PMs are not qualified.

    Pros

International work, some very nice coworkers. Good office location. Free coffee. There's plenty of work to do, and if you take on a lot of work and go above and beyond, coworkers appreciate that.

    Cons

Stressful workload, lots of unhappy and burnt out coworkers. A huge amount of shifting change. Internal drama and disagreements among managers.

    Advice to Management

Not really sure. It's such a big company that it will take a lot of time to move the needle and make people feel like they're all working together toward something.
