The young advisers should be more committed to their appointments/promises and need to be much more humble, you still did not get there!

    Pros

Interesting projects. In some areas, KEMA is a recognized leader with experienced personnel that clients value. Have a lot of potential to capture more work.

    Cons

Unrealistic view of itself across all markets. Very skilled and well known in some markets but that does not translate across the board. Just saying you're an expert doesn't make it so. Need to invest in people to grow business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve employee communications related to strategy and execution. Don't be afraid of structure because it creates accountability and processes that are needed to succeed.
