Caveat emptor

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIf one is on the research side, and favored by management, there are many opportunities to work on interesting scientific projects. The salary and benefits are reasonable, given the general stability of employment.

ConsUpper management shows little (if any) interest in planning, resulting in semi-regular crises. They have a tendency to hire and promote people they feel comfortable with, instead of assessing the needed range of skills & experience. If one isn't on the research side, opportunities for career development or advancement are infrequent.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
