Deep seeded 'jobs for the boys' attitude from management - got to be one of the boys to fit in and receive promotions. The wharfie mentality is still very much alive and kicking at the MelbourneTerminal, full of over-bearing ego's and lack of focused direction from management.

Advice to Senior Management

Melbourne only ! - Management need to gain the ability to respect their workers extensive efforts and communicate with others outside of ' the circle of friends'. The process of job interviews for internal positions needs to be addressed as it is wide open to discrimination claims and is blatantly weighed in favour of providing jobs for the friends of management instead of a fair and objective approach.
