The amount of knowledge to be considered for employment is VERY low. This is apparent from any level of the company.

Cons

This job is perfect for an employee who is too scared to speak their mind, and should be, due to the fact that management has no idea how to manage and will simply fire anyone who is viewed as a threat to their system, or lack thereof.

Advice to Senior Management

Management? A start would be to understand what it means to be in a management role. Don't promote your friends, and instead reward those that are capable of understanding and providing insight into future growth of operational practices. This is an impossible task if current managers are kept in their current roles.
