Pros – benefits and salary are the best reasons.other then that it would not be a bad place to work with better management.
Cons – managements inability to see understand and know how to use and where to place the experienced employes they had to choose from.
Advice to Senior Management – your employes are your best asset.you should listen to them.or stop hiring experience if you have no plans tp use it.
