“Overbearing micromanagement of leadership prevent effective utilization on resources”
Current Employee – been working at DRS Technologies
Pros – Outstanding benefit package in today's economy.
Cons – Very poor people management. Micromanagement of budgets prevent groups from accomplishing goals, which drive down productivity and eliminate competitveness.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in the existing people
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
