The medical benefits for overseas deployed employees are awesome. Cigna International is, hands down, the best insurance I've ever had. They generally cover 90% of everything. The premiums are low. Flexible spending account. 401k with matching. The overall compensation is very competitive.
Cons
The HR department utterly fails. They leave you in the dark during the hiring process. There have been numerous pay problems that I've heard of and also experienced myself. You have to stay on top of them to manage your issues. Three years for any 401k vesting...
Advice to Senior Management
Motivate the HR department to actually take care of the employees.

Sir,
You will need to contact Patriot directly. I cannot control who submits you to DRS for consideration. I am the Program Manager for all vendors submitting candidates to this company and I cannot control who they submit to my openings.
