    Pros

    Salary was fair and a bit above average for the area
    Selected few were able to obtain company paid training and education
    Large amounts of money spent in attempt to improve employee morale when all that was needed was proper mgmt style

    Cons

    Individuals in Sr. Mgmt that has no clue on how to manage employeesor run a government complaint business
    Only a few of the "good ole boys" really got all the perks at the expense of laying off individuals
    Small "Mom n Pop" mentality that Sr mgmt never seemed to out grow
    Sr. Mgmt was top heavy with individuals that had little to no government experience following certain regulations
    Consistently trying to find ways to skirt around such requirements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Everybody eventually has to pay the piper. Your days have yet to appeared regardless of recent drastic reduction in orders. Previous excuse for poor procedures were "We are experiencing growing pains". Whats the excuse now? Could it be poor Mgmt?
