Cons

More like a start-up. People coming from mature organizations such as Lockheed Martin and/or Raytheon for example probably would not appreciate the chaos of everyday work at DRS. A lot needs to be done in order to address gaps in processes and procedures.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the doors open, listen to employees (all employees), and continue to strive to acquire the best employees and build business by finding better ways to work with your suppliers to address your customer's needs.
