Be aware of restrictions on future employment opportunities when joining

ProsPreviously, employees have been DSTs strength, but DST is experiencing a serious drain of key staff, with a steady stream of resignations

ConsIndividual contracts do not have restrictions, but DST has built penalty clauses into many of its contracts with its clients, relating to employing any DST staff. This restricts employees from moving on to a large section of the financial industry in Australia.

HR is weak and ineffective. Employees are disengaged and this is compounded by another year of badly "managed" salary reviews.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire some more managers in the UK. That appears to be working.....not
