I worked at DST Systems full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits, most people are nice.

    Cons

Upper management was clueless about the daily behaviors and treatment of the "worker bees." Managers have no people skills and treat their people unfairly and poorly with no respect for the hard work and hours they put in. Raises are very low 1-2 %, but the management bonuses are very high. People are still being let go, but it is done quietly, so that no one notices, especially the media.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue about your common employee. People are beginning to leave, and you will lose your, as you say your, "greatest asset, your employees," to more stable companies who offer more competive pay.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
