I worked at DST Systems full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Not going away anytime soon, deep hold on the business market.

Cons

top heavy and management has background in tec not management. You are treated like office equipment. long. long hours. Linkedin has a group, ex-emps who hated the place.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop adding more managers, How many bosses can one person have. I had 3 managers, 2 Directors, 5 VPs and my team only had 4 members. Really. Most team have less workers than bosses.

Doesn't Recommend
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
