Pros

very flexible with hours and picking up shifts

Cons

the managers are too obsessed with getting rewards it makes the associates uncomfortable
its a very easy job and at some points verrry boring, so if the people and managers aren't good it can make the shift feel like days

    Co workers are great you meet some genuinely good people
    Great discounts even on clearance merchandise

    Late hours, having to Harass every single customer to sign up for rewards card, 2 face unreliable managers,

    Advice to Management

    When an employee tells you something confidentially make sure you keep it confidential!!! Stop forcing employees to Harass customers to sign up for reward card when they already said no. rotate schedule dont make the same people close every single week. Come up with better closing routine so workers don't have to leave work at 1130 pm every night
